Education partners play a critical role in aligning classroom learning with real-world careers. By expanding access to industry-recognized training, certifications, and degree programs, they empower both students and instructors with relevant, job-ready skills. These partnerships connect students with employers, provide valuable pathways to employment, and give companies access to a pipeline of future-ready talent. Join us as an education partner! The Rappahannock Region Healthcare Collaborative serves all of GO Virginia Region 6, which includes the City of Fredericksburg and the counties of Caroline, Essex, Gloucester, King and Queen, King George, Lancaster, Mathews, Middlesex, Northumberland, Richmond, Spotsylvania, Stafford, and Westmoreland. We welcome all K–12 public school divisions, private schools, homeschools, community colleges, four-year institutions, post-graduate institutions, and other training providers in this region to become education partners.
Claude Moore Foundation invests in the Region
The Claude Moore Scholars Program focuses on broadening perspectives and opportunities in early education intervention to encourage students to pursue high demand, entry-level healthcare careers. The Program provides local school systems with grant funds to establish healthcare education programs for high school students to meet local, regional, and statewide workforce needs. These programs meet Virginia Department of Education course standards and provide additional opportunities for concurrent dual enrollment college credit and a variety of industry credentials.
