The Rappahannock Region Healthcare Collaborative brings together educators, healthcare employers, and economic development professionals across the Fredericksburg Area, Northern Neck, and Middle Peninsula. We are committed to strengthening health sciences education and aligning instruction with the evolving workforce needs of the region’s healthcare providers, including hospitals, health systems, and long-term care facilities. By working collaboratively and leveraging our shared expertise, we aim to build a stronger, more sustainable healthcare workforce for our communities.
